Our internship programs give students the opportunity to obtain practical experience in a range of fields over the course of three months. Students are selected from India's top business institutions. Through this internship program, students who are full of energy, enthusiasm, and inventiveness can work on real initiatives that have an influence on businesses.
Subject matter experts are paired with them as Dedicated Mentors to help them experience real-world business situations. This benefits us too, as it gives us new insights into the company's ongoing projects. We engage in a symbiotic interaction during this time, encouraging the interns to adapt their perspective from one of a campus to one of a corporation and applying what they have learned to our organization.
